Location – The location has so much potential. Can easily find unique cafes and bars around (which all serves good food). Also within walking distance to Petaling Street, Dataran Merdeka and RexKL. Don’t forget Kwai Chai Hong too.
Lobby – The lobby is also Lim Kee café that serve nice coffee and kopitiam food (I like the Blood Moon, the coffee mocktail).
Check in / Check out process – Easy and quick. No frills.
Staff – Great and very friendly
The Room – You will walk through a very nice walkway even before reaching the room. Once you are in, you have the two beds on your left with the amenities on the right. Then comes the balcony in which it is a unique point because it also where the bathroom is; it is an open shower (don’t worry you can’t see to other room).
The room is very clean and well maintained. Mostly cement and wood finishing / furnishing that give you the old China house feel. Even the bed are those old wooden type with a four corner frame that hangs the mosquito netting.
Hotel parking – there is no parking attached to the hotel. You have to park at numerous open air carpark and walk. Or come with MRT (Pasar Seni station, about 15 mins walk)
Hotel F&B – you have Lim Kee Café (which is also the lobby of the hotel) which serve kopitiam food. But then again, surrounding area is a food haven and certainly won’t starve.
